The proposed Lala Ami Chand Memorial Educational Trust (College of Education), Ugala (Ambala) is run under Lala Ami Chand Memorial Education Trust, Ugala. Keeping in view the growing demand of the trained teachers in the state of Haryana, the trust took a grant step and decided to set up a B.Ed. College in the year 2006.

The proposed College of Education aims at providing quality education to the needy youth of the state in general and locality in particular. The aim of the college is to provide proper training to the youth so that they can contribute as a builder of nation by serving in the schools. It is a step towards the fulfillment of the dream of the locality by the initiatives of the Lala Ami Chand Memorial Educational Trust, Ugala (Ambala).

The college has its own building with adequate infrastructure facilities. It has all the requisite facilities like Psychological Laboratory, Science Laboratory, Educational Technology Laboratory and facilities for Language Learning. It has also a Library with adequate books, encyclopedias, journals and periodicals. The college has sprawling playground to facilitate the students in sports and games. The institution will be run on the self-financing basis as per the guidelines of the state government, Kurukshetra University and NCTE.
